Skin Shaman draws from a range of professional modalities, selected and combined based on your skin's condition, your goals, the season, and what makes sense for your life.

There's no single track. Your practitioner reads your skin and builds your plan from these tools — session to session, season to season.

Wintering

Winter Reset — The deepest cycle. Reserved for fall and winter.

As the light shifts and sun exposure wanes, the skin enters its own restorative season. These treatments are part of your skin's wintering — a deeper corrective cycle reserved for the months when lower UV exposure reduces the risk of post-treatment hyperpigmentation and the skin can fully receive, process, and recover from more intensive work.

Used once or twice a year at most. For clients who want meaningful results but cannot commit to a regular treatment cadence, a properly prepared and properly recovered Winter Reset may be the most efficient use of their investment.

Your Treatment Plan

How These Modalities Work Together

No two skins are alike, and no two treatment plans should be either. These modalities are not a rigid protocol — they're a vocabulary.

Your practitioner uses them to read where your skin is, understand where you want it to go, and build a sequence that makes sense for your age, your condition, your lifestyle, and the season you're in.

Some clients cycle through multiple categories in a year. Others focus deeply on one. The plan evolves as the skin does.

Honest Guidance

A Note on Commitment

Every modality produces results. But they don't all require the same investment of time.

Microcurrent (Fusion Lift)

Requires consistent sessions. Like physical training, the muscles need repeated input to change. If regular appointments aren't realistic right now, another approach will serve you better.

Metabolic Cycling

Flexible. One session produces visible improvement. A regular cadence compounds results. There's no minimum.

Microneedling / Nanochanneling

Most effective as a series of three, but a single session still delivers visible change.

Seasonal Deep Work (Wintering)

Once or twice a year at most. Prep takes time, recovery requires patience, and treatments are only available in fall and winter.
